UAE Leadership Development Programme
A long-form leadership journey built around your organisation, not a catalogue.
Course Overview
A two-day workshop can build awareness. It cannot build a leadership pipeline. Organisations that genuinely change how they lead do it over months, not days — through repeated practice, real business application, coaching between sessions, and measurement against something that matters commercially.
The UAE Leadership Development Programme is a bespoke, long-form journey designed around your organisation. It typically runs between six and twelve months, blending modular workshops, individual and group coaching, applied business projects, psychometric assessment and structured line-manager involvement.
It is built for UAE organisations developing a defined cohort — a management population being prepared for the next level, a group of Emirati high-potentials moving toward senior roles, or a leadership layer being aligned behind a significant strategic shift. Content, duration, cohort size and assessment are all scoped against your objectives rather than drawn from a catalogue.
Because every programme is designed specifically, duration and investment are confirmed after a scoping diagnostic. Nafis alignment and Emiratisation reporting can be built in where relevant.
Key Course Outcomes
✓A leadership capability framework defined against your own business objectives.
✓A measured baseline and endline for every participant, not a feedback form.
✓Applied business projects that deliver value while the cohort develops.
✓Line managers engaged as part of the programme rather than bystanders to it.
✓A visible succession bench and a defensible view of who is ready for what.
✓Evidence of impact that stands up to a CFO and to an Emiratisation review.
